This means you can offer Click and Collect on your website - another convenient delivery option to fit into the busy lifestyles of your customers.  Our DHL Parcel ServicePoint network offers the flexibility which today’s online shoppers demand. Over 90% of UK households are within a ten minute journey of a DHL Parcel ServicePoint and the collection service is available seven days a week, typically from 8am until late.

Choose from three convenient delivery options:

IN FLIGHT

The parcel is redirected to a ServicePoint for collection that day, following a delivery attempt to the customer.

CHANGE IT

Customers can change their delivery destination to a ServicePoint - either before or after a delivery attempt.

DIRECT

Customers can choose delivery to a ServicePoint when they place their order online.

What happens next?

When the parcel is ready to collect, we'll notify your customer by email or text message. The pick-up code is in the body of the email, so no click through is required. The shopkeeper simply scans the code that is presented on the smartphone.
